Inconsistent temps on new YS1500

Posted: January 1st, 2019, 10:35 pmTemp set at 350. Left side probe at grate reads 250. Right side probe at grate reads 241. Cook time was 2 hours. Yoder temp read 348 the whole time. No wind. Outside temps at 52. Lumberjack pellets. This is the 3rd cook. Other 2cooks were off as well.
