I left my YS640 outside uncovered last night, and we had an unexpected storm come through and it got wet. When I looked at it in the morning, the fan was still running, despite the switch being off. When I turned it on, it blew the GFIC. After resetting that, it wouldn't turn on, and I figured that something got wet.

I pulled off the end cap and dried things out. It is now functioning fine, with the exception of the temperature on the thermostat. When I start the 640 cold, it displays 180-190 degrees when the ambient air is 85 degrees. I turned it up to 425 degrees, and the dual dial thermometers say 325 to 350.

Any idea what is going on, and what I should do about it? It was manufactured on 10/11/17.

Thanks,
Rob

Also, remember to unplug the YS640 after a cook and cooldown : )
