Good Day,

I just received my 1500. Not to make this a long story. Sold my 640 to one of my teammates after our second competition win. Wife said we need a bigger smoker so I didn't wait to let her change her mind.

A little disappointed. with how it arrived. The temp probe metal cover had come apart in shipping and was laying in the grill. I was able to find the bushing and nut, but the screw was missing.

The temp gages did not thread in at all. I ended up stripping one. I cleaned out the threads with a tap and that helped but still stripped.

Once I went to power it up, NO JOY. After some basic troubleshooting, I found that the secondary connector from the cart to the controller had come disconnected. No biggie as it happened in shipping.

I do have a question to see if there is a missing screw here os are there only supposed to be three.

See attached pictures

Thank you.
