Temperature variance

Hello! New to this forum. I have had a YS640 for about a year but I have only used it a few times. I have cooked a turkey and brisket on it and both were done way ahead of time and the bottoms were well done. I decided to put a thermoworks temp sensor in it and see whether it is accurate. The temps on the smoker read 340-350 and the thermoworks are reading 405-415. The thermoworks sensor is on the opposite side as the built in sensor. Outside temps are 30-50 degrees and I have a Yoder thermo blanket kit on it. What am I doing wrong or what can I do to fix it?
