Read through my manual and can't seem to find any reference to a fairly large access hole on the top left side of the grill. If you pop out the rubber grommet there is a stainless cover that swings over the hole. Anyone else have this on their YS640?

You are correct, this is the probe port.

Very cool. Was planning to buy the yoder probe ports and install them myself. This is a bonus!
