I have the YS640S, which I purchased in June of this year. I have about 30 cooks on it now, and recently the cooker started leaking smoke from around the hopper and the grease drip port, as well as around the smokestack. The inner fan is working, but as a result of the leakage, I'm losing efficient air flow across the cooker and out the smoke stack.

Looking for help here. Has anyone experienced this as well? Please see the attached videos.

I'm updating my original post. I went back to the reseller, Scheels, here in Johnstown, Colorado, and explained my issue with 'J' in the BBQ section, and he was great and put me in touch with 'Larry' at Yoder in KS. Larry was very helpful and listened to my problem. He suggested that the Pecan shell pellets I was using was the problem. The Pecan shell pellets do not burn down like wood pellets and cause air flow blockage, which is a shame because the Pecan shell pellets give off more smoke and burn a little better than wood pellets. Anyway, I changed to all post oak wood pellets, and the generated ash is much smaller in volume, and the 'leaky smoke' or blowback has been mostly resolved. Thank you, Larry from Yoder, and J from Scheels.
