Have had this 640 for 2 years now and it worked flawlessly. Was doing a cook today plugged it in and after 3 mins the unit shut off. Reset gfi, the same gfi I have used for the last 2 years, plugged it back in and it shut off again. Unplugged it and plugged it into a different outlet and it and it tripped the breaker. At a lost on what to do next.

Follow the manual lighting procedure outlined in the manual after unplugging the igniter.

Herb thank you for your help, the 640 is running without the igniter, you solved my problem.
