I don't know what to call it. It's crispy and delicious but not fried.
Lots of Cajun seasoning on the chicken and I used half flour half panko with more Cajun seasoning. No eggs or milk just water for a binder. In a pan with half a stick of butter for 20 min on each side. Temps set at 400 which puts the upper grate at 365/370 for me. After the last 20 minutes I put them directly onto the upper grate and let them go for another 25 minutes with a couple flips. I don't know if anyone else has a better recipe for this. We would try it again. Sorry for no pictures but I'm not the best person at technology.
