First one I have cooked on the 640...and by far the best one! Not in the pic was a pan of cubed potatoes with onion, red peppers,orange peppers, garlic, chopped bacon, a coffee rub, and butter. Finished off with a layer of shredded cheese.

Looks great. I need to get some tri tip. Not a usual cut around here. Need to hook up with a butcher.

About the only place I can find them regularly around here is Costco, and they come in a 2 pack. Publix will have them occasionally, they want the same price as Costco, but you only get one.
