Found some beef back ribs at the store. First time doing beef ribs, so I kept it simple. They trim these pretty tight here, so I'm going to have to track down some plate ribs or find some other options for some meatier beef ribs.

Cooked around 270 for about 4 hours with S&P with a little paprika.

Here are some quick pics.

Those are the meatiest beef back ribs I've ever seen. They look great. Usually I'm left with a bite or two per rib. Look for beef short ribs or chuck rubs. I love cooking those.

Great job! Reminds of the opening to the Flintstones when Fred gets the giant ribs delivered to his car and it tips over. I have never had beef ribs before, you sir, have peaked my interest! Keep it up.
