Hey guys,

Last night I cooked Italian Sausage and Peppers. I ran the 640 at 325. I sauteed red peppers and onions in olive oil in a cast iron skillet. The sausages went on dry. The veggies took about an hour and the sausages were done in about 35-40 minutes. This will be lunch for me this week at work. I'll post some pictures later on. :D

Put that on a roll with an extra dose of giardiniera and I'm in. Looks great.

I was a little bummed that I didn't have any Portuguese rolls and giadiniera. That would have been perfection. I guess I'll have to make again, oh well.
