Pork belly strips loaded with brown sugar and spices

Off the smoker and ready to eat!

Bacon off the smoker and ready to eat!

These stuffed beef burgers are actually called Bifteki Yemisto in greek and I've used only greek spices in this recipe and greek Kefalograviera cheese.

And the millionare's bacon ready to eat, the fat just absorbed all the brown sugar and tasted amazing!!
