rib cook on the Yoder Durango 24

was gonna do a couple racks of ribs last Saturday and the marina owner down the street got wind of it,,,
he wanted to get in on it... (gave him a sample last week)
so he bought the meat...

I tell ya,,, with a big chimney of R.O. lump to start off and proper sized splits of seasoned cherry wood
she runs like a fckn Ferrari...
just rinsed an dried um an give um a real good sprinkle/rub with Mad Hunky GP then fridge overnight
and ran um 3-2-1
an they came out pretty damn good...
