First time taking up the temp to direct grill. Just salt and pepper. 6 minutes on one side, flip over and 5 minutes on the other. Tent in foil for 5 minutes. Turned out very nice. I don't think this particular cut was great but still very good flavor. So much better tasting than gas grill.
