Finally! After waiting 8 weeks to pick up my Loaded Wichita on a rainy weekend in Austin and, another week for a great weekend to burn in and finally cook. Ribs and turkey breast.

Learning how to manage the fire on a sheet metal pit makes running a Yoder pit so easy, what a pleasure!
My wife can't wait for some salmon on it.

Amen to that! It's tough to know how big the difference is until you have cooked on both for yourself. My experience is exactly the same as yours. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your pit.
