Inspired by some FB posts I decided to try my hand at jerky on my YS1500. I took a 2.5lb London Broil, sliced it 1/4" thick and soaked it in teriyaki sauce for 16hrs. Set the smoker to 175 and let the Tank of Wonder do its magic for 3.5 hours. Really, really tasty stuff. Looking forward to a larger piece of meat to fill the smoker with next time.

Most of the credit goes to this smoker which I've taken to calling the "Tank of Wonder" since everything I put in it comes out killer. Makes me look like o know what I'm doing. So easy to use and to pull things like this off on a whim. Big thanks to Team Yoder for building something that lives up to its promise.
