Inspired by an earlier posting here in the community forum I decided to attempt a rib roast on my 1500. Cooked it at 200 for 6hrs until it reached 128 IT. No grey here, just Med rare heaven. My rib roast still had the ribs on which I think accounts for the extra time mine took. Thx Yoder Forum!!!!
