I was in need of a brisket, so I went to a local meat market and they hooked me up with an 11 pounder. Fourteen hours later my lunch was ready. It was 23 degrees outside with the wind chill last night and I will say the Loaded Wichita held the temp very well!

That is a nice smoke ring, good bark too. Did you inject?

Yes I did, I used something called Brisket Sauce, by Gold Buckle. I bought a case of it on Amazon for like $26.
