Tried a recipe from Big Jim's BBQ class. He does an injected chicken. Man these were some juicy birds.

Sounds awesome! I did Chris Lilly's smoked, butterflied whole bird with white sauce this weekend. Have wanted to experience North Alabama for a long time now and just can't get to Big Bob's easily from New England...

That's some good eats! The cajun injected bird looks great too!

The BBG white chicken is a favorite here. Most people are leery to try it, but always love it when the do and request it again.
