For the Bears Packers tailgate party today we had a 15lb brisket (fat trimmed off it was 10lbs). My buddy heard I purchased a Yoder Wichita and decided I was going to cook it. After 15 hours of cooking, 2 hours of resting, success was reached. Everyone loved it!!
