here's a few pics of my first smoke on my yoder ys640, smoked chicken quarters with that famous white alabama sauce. Used the recipe from chef malcom from howtobbqright youtube channel. Really easy and delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly, I would say the rub is a little salty so next time I may either just use left of it or add more sugar to the rub. The alabama sauce is tangy, imagine a very tangy ranch dressing. I thought it was good and complimented the chicken well. I've actually never had that alabama white bbq sauce before so Im not entirely sure i know what good sauce tastes like but i liked it. If anyone out there has any insight id appreciate it. keep smoking peeps!
