Did my first brisket on the YS640. Came out very good. Really happy with the results. Love this Yoder.

Nice looking brisket and sweet pink smoke ring! The 640 is a certified brisket slayer! Mine come out darned near perfect every time...get used to all the oohs and ahhhs and enjoy the 640!
