Here are some pics from my first cook on the YS640. 3 Lbs. of Thick cut bacon cooked for 3 hours at 225 Deg F. The temps were very even with the lowest being the right hand side of the upper shelf. The bacon pics are at 1 hour intervals (e.g. 0,1,2,3 hrs). The Temperature graph is at 2 hours into the cook with the lid having been opened for less than 30 seconds to take a photo 1 hour prior.
