Twice today I went out on our deck and my fan was just randomly running. My 640 hadn't been used in 5 days. The unit was still plugged in and the power switch was in the off position. The first time I moved cycled the power switch on and then off and the fan went off. I went outside again roughly 3 hours later and the fan was on again. Has anyone experienced a similar occurrence, or have any ideas why this would occur.

Thanks.

Paul

Per the manual, once the cool down cycle is done you ALWAYS unplug the smoker.
