FYI

I did my first cook on my 640 yesterday and it was hell. I couldn't get the pit to hold its temps at all. after reading several posts on here I noticed that I couldn't hear the fan running. I removed the cover and the internal fan came on. when I put the cover back in place, the fan diffuser was hitting the inner fan. I tweeked it a bit and now both fans run good and seems to be working right. just some information for anyone who gets a new and it wont hold temps.

I will assume that you bent the fan diverter, correct? If so, I would like to have a picture of the internal fan and the air tunnel, especially where the air tunnel matches up to the cooker wall under the auger. Also, take a measurement from the internal fan to the end of the hopper (please take a picture of the measurement as well).
