Had some chiken wings on today, about 4 lbs, pluss a chiken breast for my wife, turned out insane tasteful, never tasted such a moist chikenbreast ever, was totally like falling appart, and full off juice. Youtube link below

Going from 250 smoke to direct flames in a pull of an handle, didnt even turn up the temp, controller was still at 250 when opend up. Unreal versatility.
Had a 5lbs pork neck i wanted to cook up, desided to go with 275F on the 1500 since i didnt have to much time, so had it in for 5 hours, wrapped and another 3 hours at the same temp until internal was 199-200F. Let it rest for an hour, turned out awsome. During the hole cook i was working on my automobile :) (rear brake change on a chevy tahoe) youtube link below
