Tought i should share a video of my brand new yoder ys1500, i had it going with ribs for the initial start up, and they just turned out amazing, but today i cooked up some salmon on it, just a quick meal nothing special, youtube linkbelow, next up chicken wings on the 1500' ill post it tonight :)

Also went with this beef ribs and a micro brisket, turned out insane good, cooked at 250 with flakesalt and ground coarse pepper, went 5 hours on, wrapped for 4 and 30min unwrapped

The grates are awsome, i did go with the 24" kit at grillgrates.com, but i had to cut them 1" as the original grates are around 23", you could probably have them custom orderd as well to original lenght.
