It's been a while since I last visited. I see there are now several videos on maintaining and replacing certain parts on the YS 640. It would be great if you had a video on removing and replacing the sealant in the cooking chamber. It sounds like we're all going to have to do this procedure eventually.

Thank you Herb! I think it would answer any questions on how to correctly do the fix.

Is there a video somewhere that shows how to seal the cooking chamber. I've been searching for a couple days now and cant find one.

There is not a video showing how to reseal the cooking chamber.
You need to completely remove all of the old silicone, completely clean the areas with a citrus based cleaner to remove all cooking debris and grease, and after drying the areas, apply the silicone evenly and smooth it out. Let the silicone dry for at least 24 hours before using the cooker.
Here is an example

I assume that all seams inside should be sealed? Is that correct?
