Wow, all the way to the Czech Republic! You will really appreciate the cooking ease and how fun it is too use. You had it modified for 220 VAC or is it automatic change?

You will change the way people think of BBQ and will make tons of koruna with it! Good luck!

Congrats. I'm normally a low key guy and don't like to attract attention. However, I have one exception in my life... The day a tractor/trailer roared down my quiet residential street and we unloaded my Yoder'S!!! (got a pellet and a Wichita!) I could see every old lady in the neighborhood peaking through the blinds! lol

What a great day to not be humble doing what you love to do!!

Ok... back to my cave..... :)

Use a wrench on the nut behind the dial, and tighten it gently until it is in the correct orientation.

One question more,
the grates are very dirty, black iron dust,
I must wash before seasoning ? Water and dish soap ?

You should do the initial burn off per the manual. After the initial burn, wipe or clean all residue from the grates and internal surfaces of the cooker. Then season the grates.
