Hey guys,
I was grilling some burgers last night and during the cook, I noticed a significant smoke leak from the front of the smoke on the left side. The smoker was setup with grill grates, direct heat, 450 degrees and the meat was a 85/15 ground beef. I have included a picture. Is anyone using gaskets in order to seal up issues like this? Just curious.
I also see this at higher temperatures. Metal expands with heat, so the higher the temperature, the more the expansion.
I do not feel that there is anything to worry about, and this will not affect the functioning of the cooker.
Awesome news Herb, thanks for the help brother. Flame on!!
