I heat my YS1500 grill to 350 degrees. When I put the meat on, the temperature drops to 325, then it will raise back up to 365-367. Is that normal for this grill?? Thanks!

Yes, this is normal. After opening the cooker and allowing the heat to escape, and then shocking the cooking environment with cold meat, it takes the cooker some time to normalize again and stabilize the cooking environment.
