I plugged my 640 in flipped the switch and nothing. Outlet is fine, powers my Christmas lights. Any ideas?

Did you check the fuse? It's located on the lower section of the pellet hopper below the controller.

Argyle, just so I am clear, when you say you flipped a switch and "nothing".....no fans, no light up of the panel? In my case, that happened once, so I unplugged it, let it sit a minute, and then replugged the 640 in, and it worked. Would be interested if you get the same results if you try it again.

Kirby I haven't checked the fuse yet. To be honest with you I forgot where it was and it dark. Though I did remember there was one though!

As far as unplugging my grill, I leave it unplugged. But I did exactly what you did. Unplugged again, waited but nothing. Hoping it's just as simple as the fuse..
