Lid gasket

The lid gasket on my YS 640, build date October 2017, is coming off. There are several spots where the gasket is torn or pieces hanging down. It may be my fault from cleaning the lid and scraping the grease build up. Is there a gasket replacement kit I can order or is this something I can buy at Lowe’s? I see a gasket replacement on ATTBQ but I am not sure it is the right kit for my build. Thanks.

Yes the Yoder lid gasket kit on ATBBQ is the correct one for your model. It will come with shims for the hinges, that you wont need, as yours will already have them installed. Or you can look on Amazon and find a roll of 1/2" wide gasket material. Just make sure you order enough, or more for next time. You will need 102" for your YS640 lid. Hope that helps answer your question.

Thanks very much. If I order from Amazon, is this the correct gasket material?
"FireBlack Hi Temp BBQ Smoker Gasket Self Stick 15 ft High Heat 1/2 x 1/8 Black"
Is 1/8 the correct thickness?
