I have heard that the Yoder fan system is on or off causing spikes in temperature. Some other pellet systems fan cycles to get to the temp without overswing. Can someone chime in on this. I want a Yoder 640 Comp BAD but I want to get my facts correct before a drop a grip of

The fan system runs constantly, it does not cycle on or off. The Yoder pellet cookers have always worked in this manner. Not sure where that information came from, but it is incorrect.
