I have noticed that the right side of my YS480 gets considerably hotter than the left side. I do not remember it doing this when I first got it. It was a fairly even cook across the range. I've kept it clean. Any suggestions?

If you are measuring the temperature past the end of the heat diffuser plate on the chimney end, the slightly higher temperature is expected and normal, as this is the point where the heat and air flow make the transition to exit the cooker through the chimney.
