Want build a room for my smoker

I was thinking of adding a room off the side
Of my garage for my ys640. Now hold on before I get a bunch comments. I know how much smoke it puts out. I know I’ll need ventilation. I m looking at huge range hoods right now. It would not be very big and would have a door separating the garage from the
Smoking room. Than steel or diamond plate
Walls. Just wondering any other ideas thanks.
