I have had my 640 for about 3 years now and haven't had any real problems to speak of. I started it up yesterday and left the temperature at 350. After the warmup the probe reading read 410 and remained right around there for the rest of the time I was trying to cook. The temperature was nowhere near 410 and the unit would not heat up at all. Could this be a bad thermocouple?
