I have a large green egg and the ys 640. Ive been using more of the 640 but i gotta say im not getting as much smoke flavor as i want. I have been using smokin brothers pellets and recently got some bbqrs delite bags. Today i did a spatchcock turkey with an added amazen tube smoker and still taste no smoke at all pretty much. Can i make a correction or should i get an offset? Thanks for any help
