Hello all,
I recently received my new Yoder Smokers YS640 competition cart and I opted for the 8" pneumatic tires figuring it would move around easy enough. I was wrong! :o
I realize that this unit is over 400 pounds, I just expected it to move easier with the 8" pneumatic tires!
So I have 2 questions:
1) Does anyone out there have the YS640 with the optional 10" pneumatic tires and if so could you let me know how easy it moves for you.
2) If I decide to move up to the 10" pneumatic tires, do the mounting holes of the 10" pneumatic tires match up with those for the 8" pneumatic tires?
Thanks for your time!
Mike

Sure wish someone would answer you on this as I was wondering the same thing.

Add air? Make sure they are inflated properly and a bit more couldn;t hurt. It's heavy, you need a lot of Newtons to move it.

Depending on how old your cooker is, i.e., prior to 2013, the tires are not pneumatic, but rather foam filled. I have hauled my cooker into over 20 states, and have never had an issue loading, unloading or moving it over any surface, except once, up a steep grass incline.

Yes, the bolt pattern for the 10" are the same as the 8".

I have the 10" and it moves around really easy... even in the grass yard
