Yesterday, as I was smoking a boneless turkey breast @ 250 degrees, the hopper on my YS640 ran out of pellets. I didn't realize until way later. It could have been running empty for as long as an hour or two. When I realized what I had done, I think I turned the Yoder off and filled it with pellets and then turned it back on again. It did cook/smoke the turkey with no problem after that. Is there anything I should be concerned about as far as the YS640 goes or anything I can check that I may have damaged?

There should be no physical issue from running out of pellets. You should always clean the ash from the burn grate, especially in the situation you had, prior to restarting the cooker. Also, always unplug the cooker for a minimum of 30 seconds before starting the cooker, to reset the controller.
