First brisket

Cooked my first brisket on the weekend and was totally surprised at how tender and juicy it came out.guests were amazed. Ive only had this for a week

Good cut of meat. The Yoder autos it and you have to have a brain. When to wrap/not wrap, added jiuce, time, temp etc.

The cut is the magic part lots of time. Was it prime? Packer, flat, just the point?

To tell the truth i dont know what cut it was whole brisket. Maybe i was just lucky i followed a youtube vid on preparation and cook from hectors smokehouse

Good job! I like to actually take notes when I do certain cooks so I remember what to do or NOT to do next time. I've only had my Yoder for a day and a half, I currently have a rack of St. Louis Spareribs on waiting to finish for dinner.
