Hi can anybody tell me what hh means as it flash up on my 1500 display and stops it working

There are no error codes. Did you start your cooking session with plugging in the power cord, or was the cooker already plugged in? You must always start the cooker by plugging in the power cord, or if it is already plugged in, you must unplug it for a minimum of 30 seconds.
