Plugged my YS640 in today and noticed 2 lower case, backwards (h's) on my control panel.

Power button switch was off and no fans running!

Has anybody ever seen this before?

Is it ok to operate?

Thanks in advance!

Gary

Unplug the power cord from the cooker, wait 60 seconds and try again.

Did as you suggested and YS640 is up and running.

Thanks Herb.

That was the classic Yoder BSOD screen, made famous with Windows.

Hehe, I dunno, odd. It might mean something to the ones who wrote the software for the controller.

I can laugh about it now. 6 Boston Butts ready to go! (Power on.) What the heck is a backwards "h"? Search, Search, Manual, Yoder FB Page, Forum. And then Herb saves the day!
