I'm new to smoking and just took delivery of my loaded Wichita. Does anyone have a favorite cook book they would recommend?

I have a book called Smoke & Spice by Bill Jamison, it has some fun recepies. I bought my Wichita last spring, i had a good summer and learned a lot. I keep,it simple, brine it, rub it, and smoke it. Let the Wichita do its magic!!!

I would definitely look into Aaron Franklin's book. It's out now and contains a load of information including nice section about fire management.
