Just got the Witchita and was wondering if steam cleaning is recommended. I used method this on my old smoker stole the idea from Lang link removed per agreement and it worked for years... but did not know if this would work for Yoder's

I use that same technique prior to nearly every cook without issue so far. I use a fine spray to get as much coverage possible with the least amount of water and the most steam.
