I've got a Yoder Cheyenne Smoker and thinking of getting a probe port to install on my smoker so I can use the Thermoworks Chef Alarm. I noticed a Yoder Smokers Probe Port for YS1500 and wood pits. The cost is $29.95. Will that probe port fit my Cheyenne smoker?

The probe port for wood pits is what you will need.

Is there a specific probe port for the Cheyenne? I take it the probe port for the YS1500 is different than the one needed for the Cheyenne.

It is the same one. The 1500 and wood pits use thicker metal, and require the larger depth of threads to install through the chamber wall.
