Not sure if this place is active anymore, but have had my Kingman for a long time now and my only complaint is when I clean it out, I completely wreck my back taking the firebox grate out and putting it back in. Thing has to weigh 100+ lbs. Do people just leave it in and try and scrape underneath it? When I clean ou the bottom of the cooking chamber, I drag the stuff back out thru the firebox.

I haven't ever tried to take the heat plate out, can't imagine how much that things weighs.
