That is a sweet pit. I've always liked the looks of that one, and I bet it cooks as good as it looks.

That's really nice!! I'd love to post mine, but have yet to figure that part out. I see the add attachment, but can't get past that. Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually.

You will find that this forum allows you to upload your pictures directly. You do not have to post them somewhere else, and then post a link to them here. We wanted to make it a simple process to share your pictures and experiences with other members of the Yoder family.

Nice! I have been considering trying a pellet cooker...I mean, just for research purposes of course. If...no, when I get my next pit I might try your combo plan there.

not positive but right offhand I'd say around 70- 80 degrees.

next cook I will make a point to jot down exact temps using my Maverick,
then we'll both know...

Wow, I suddenly feel very inadequate as a mere 640 owner after seeing all these rigs! I'm going to have to save pennies and get a big custom rig soon to hang w/ you fellas! (I'll still put my ribs, butts and briskets up against anyone's, though)
