Any suggestions to removing that Lint or whatever that stuff is that sticks to the outside of my smoker? Didn't use paper towels but the rags definitely weren't the right ones to wipe that boy off with when hot and oil applied for the initial season / Burn. It looks god awful compared to what it looked like when I unpacked it. Any Help? Maybe power wash the outside? The interior is just fine.

I use warm water with Dawn dish soap and a microfiber towel to wash and rinse, and a dry microfiber towel to dry, if needed. For trouble spots, a soft toothbrush dipped in Dawn for scrubbing.

Maybe old t-shirts from the rag bin. They are low lint.

Thanks for the ideas guys. I went with just scrubbing down with dawn soap. TRoy had told me just burn it off. I do appreciate all the help. I have managed to figure out the learning curve and maintain a great fire.
