Got it last weekend. Ran a practice smoke though to season. Then I did a prime and select brisket with hickory. And boy, did it consume a lot of fuel and hickory.

However, it was voted the best brisket I had ever done. It also produced an amazing flat. Very happy.

I will say I saw rust very quickly as others have posted, so I'll need to keep that clean and see if it manifests itself more.

Doing ribs tomorrow on this. This is a great change from my Primo ceramic and the Weber smokey mountains!
